Question Ruger LC9 - Anyone Shoot one?

Was at a friends house last night and he just bought a Ruger LC9 with built in laser sight.

Wont be able to shoot it for a while, but was surprised in how nice it is for a super compact little pistol.

I was never a huge fan of Rugers, but this one has really got me thinking.

Do any of you guys own one, if so what do you think?
    Any complaints?

Seems like there would have a lot of bite from such a small and lightweight pistol shooting 9mm out of it.

    Barrel Length: 3.12"
    Length: 6.00"
    Width: 0.90"
    Height: 4.50"
    Weight: 17.10 oz.

Built in laser? I have not seen that, I have one and put 150 rounds down it and broke the magazine latch at 149 rounds (I do like it, except for the magazine latch problem). I would like to know where he got the built in laser!! The only laser I seen is the crimson trace which is not out yet (from what I have been told)

i guess "built in" was an incorrect term.

It was attached directly under the trigger guard, but it was installed at the factory.

I'll ask him more about it next time I see him.

You said you had a problem with the mag catch, do you know if thats a common problem?

Not sure, I did brake it and called Ruger they said to ship it back for repair but I purchased 2 on their web site for $3.25 each (I would rather do it myself then ship the gun to them) the laser must be the Crimson trace, I have not seen it for sale yet. But I do like it and bought a Desantis holster The Nemesis N38BJMKZO holster for it and it fits nice.
