Does everything still look to be on for May 1st?

Just FYI, if you're going to stick with the first Sunday of the month in June that's going to land on the same day as the Steel City Championship at PMSC.

Neil is aware of the Steel match. Also the first Sunday is for this year only as IPSC takes a much needed break. Next year IDPA will be on Saturday and IPSC on Sunday. Will be a great weekend to shoot!

May 1st is a go for the first match. June's match will have to be postponed because I have Army duty for 2 weeks during it's time frame. Steel city will experience no interuption...

Yes, IDPA has its own safety officer program. It's pretty much the same as any other RO but it has specific duties relating to the rules of IDPA. Anyone who is a IDPA SO please contact me if you can help. I will also organize a IDPA SO training course if there is interest. It only takes the better part of a day and usually costs less than $25. Also for this first match so I can better organize, anyone planning to attend please let me know. Especially SO's and range help. Help shoots free!

Email sent, interested in the RO class as well as helping, but I do have a lot of weekend days that have been claimed for various reasons thus far, so committing to a particular date at this time is difficult.

I am looking forward to having a great match on Sunday. I could still use some volunteers for Safety Officer please. If you are qualified and can help Sunday let me know. matchdirector@pmscidpa.com.
