In reviewing the information, the Wayne County Library is listed as a Non Profit Corporation.... It does receive local, state, and federal funds but it is not government owned.

In reviewing the information, the Wayne County Library is listed as a Non Profit Corporation.... It does receive local, state, and federal funds but it is not government owned.

So that would mean that it is private property so there rules would apply.

I spent 3 years as a summer camp driver in Lake Como driving kids to and getting supplies from Honesdale almost every day over the summer almost 30 years ago. Loved that job. Haven't been back there since.
