1401 jfk carry ok?

need to attending a zoning "hearing" at 1401 jfk. any one knows if it's legal to carry?

by the lack or response I figured everyone thinks i'm an idiot. but the word "hearing" that threw me off. anyway, i called 311 to get some other info and i figure I ask them:

me: can i bring my firearm into the build for a hearing?
311: sorry? what?
me: can i bring my gun into the building to attend a hearing?
311: are you a LEO?
me: no just a licensed citizen
311: then No, leave it in your car
me: (laughed a bit) i don't think the Phila police would like that. can you connect me with building security desk.
311: hold on, (short wait) yes you can as long as you have your license on you and keep in concealed.
me: i don't think concealed is required but i'll will. thanks you.


I know it don't mean shit that 311 said it's okay. I knew that it's okay but just wanted confirmation. I suggest everyone calls 311 and ask whether X places is legal to carry just so the operators there know it's okay. IE, is it legal to carry during a parade?, maybe at a city owed park, etc. if anything just to hear them say "yes you can bring your firearm with you"

A little late but, I work in 1401 JFK and as an employee am not permitted to carry.
