Which 9mm Glock
I like to add a Glock to my pistols collection. Any recommendations on the 9mm variety?

Re: Which 9mm Glock
The G19 is one Glock that everyone should own. It's the perfect all around 9mm. (imo)

Re: Which 9mm Glock
Have to agree that the 19 is an outstanding 9, easy to carry open or
concealed carry, durable and dependable and accurate. If you have a
large hand, can say the same for the 17. Over the years their track
records have been excellent.FUNDAMENTALS

Hey guys thanks for all your input. I'm leaning towards the G19 but I also like the G26. If I had deeper pockets I would get both.

I carry a 19 daily and it's very comfortable and concealable.

Re: Which 9mm Glock
I have both, and would recommend the 19...
The advantages of the 26 simply don't outweight the disadvantages, except in a set of narrow circumstances.
The 19 is almost as concealable as the 26, but carries 50% more ammo and is *much* better to shoot. I shot a 26 in IDPA and training for about a year, while it's definitely possible to shoot a 26 proficiently, you'll have a better and more enjoyable time with the 19.
For those applications where you need more conceal-ability than a 19 gives you, you probably don't really want a Glock at all. The 26 only gives you a slightly shorter backstrap (which does help), and a shorter barrel (which only helps a bit, or if you're concealing on the ankle). If you want something that conceals deeper than the 19, consider something with a single stack mag.

Re: Which 9mm Glock
Regardless of which Glock you go with. I would suggest you go with a Comp Tac M-Tac holster for IWB carry. Unlike the Crossbreed Supertuck, the mounting hardware that makes contact with your skin on the Crossbreed is covered neatly on the Comp Tac. The Comp Tac is also more adjustable and can accommodate all of your other pistols with a simple swap of the kydex shell (sold for somewhere around 35 a piece). It's plenty comfortable enough carrying my 19, 23, and 36 all day long in a variety of different attires.
