I hope The Brief Schpeal included that there is no fucking way you can open carry without a "permit" in PA unless you walk everywhere from your house. Not, "You don't need a permit, but..." Rather, "You are damn fucking right I have a permit, otherwise I would be breaking the law. An M1, which means no guns forever."

Nobody should ever tell anybody you don't need a permit to OC in my opinion. Because it's way more untrue than true. People started saying that in response to police demanding to see a license. Many years ago, when OC started becoming popular and people were getting hassled by cops.
