Officer 2, I don't care what you think about open carry. Enforce the laws, don't break them. Jerkoffs. All of them.

Not saying I like it, not saying it's right, and I believe it violates the 4th Amendment, but it seems to be legal.

Note this is only in Philly, your comparison is valid for OC elsewhere in PA, IMHO.

Well, he KIND OF deliberately informed them by OCing, that triggered the whole chain of events. Which doesnt mean, of course, that encounter hadn't to be handled professionally.

I'm just reading what was written in the blog. Of note, the text of the actual settlement-agreement seems to be different.

Officer 1: "You're just looking for a fight". I would be tempted to respond with childish but appropriate "I know you are but what am I?".
Wasn't me. I will have to watch the video later when I get a chance. See if I recognize anybody.

I am actually wondering if we could get class action status. How many people do not OC at all for fear of these encounters? How Many of is that do OC won't in Philly? How any of is well not travel to Philly because of this?

I would be filling a PFA vs the whole dept if I was him. If a LEO need to talk to viper,, they can find a Constable, a Trooper, or a Warden.
