2008 Shot Show

The Shot Show is basicly the BIGGEST buyers show in the country. There are reps from just about every major manufacturer in the world there and the purchaseing agents for ALL shops big and small go there to see whats new for next year and spend a few hundred thousand dollars hoping to get early orders in for what will be HOT next year.

As a serious buyer it is physicaly impossable to see everything and meet with everyone in 4 days. The flight home becomes the sleep home and it usually takes a couple days to recooperate after the show.

But if you want to know whats new for 2008 and you are a serious buyer then it is a MUST to go to Shot Show.

Many gun shops go unnoticed by the manufacturers for YEARS because they fail to send a rep. to the Shot Show.

I see mention of it in a lot of the ads in the American Rifleman...but I'm not going. Guns and Vegas would be a good time though.

It is the same weekend as Super Bowl. I just got my flight reserved and my lodging is in order. $220 dollars total for flight and a week in Vegas. You cant do any better than that. I will be taking my new rifle i just won, there to shoot the Carbine class with.....
