I have played this through in my head. If police knocked/slammed on my door and ordered me to open the door I would tell them the door is not going to be opened unless they have a search warrant. And I will defend myself and my property against any illegal search and or seizure with deadly force.

Bill's always been a closet anti. There are other instances of similar comments. What do you expect he's a LI NY'er. He was born having no clue what the 2A is about.

Thanks Bill for informing me the judicial system holds the final word toward civil liberties.

    They always get it right.

stating law that itself is unconstitutional at that. quite a scary side to take if you ask me.

I've stated (cited) laws that I believe to be unconstitutional hundreds of times on this very forum. I'm certainly not taking the side of the government, just stating the current legal reality.

I'm not seeing anything in that video that plasters bill as anti. He's trying to explain how the system works. He can be wrong, in his beleifs of how the system works, but he doesn't seem anti gun to me.

Yep, I agree. I'm no fan of O'Reily but it sure doesn't seem like he was siding with the law; merely stating the way it is, right or wrong. In fact he kept mentioning how it could be overturned as if hoping the SC would get the chance.

Bill is not pro-liberty, that is for sure. He has his opinion and he seems to favor an authoritative view when it supports his wants. At one time I though he was rather fair but he is pretty annoying. I have not watched him in quite a while.

Ah, and I reserve the right to use a firearm to protect my life and property 100% of the time, regardless of what any court or government declares.

O'reilly is neither pro gun nor pro Liberty, he is a farce, just another Fox News Zionist owned Talking Head.

And it has nothing to do with NEw York or Long Island, Long Island is very Pro Gun, Heck Long Island has more Gun Shops and Gun ranges than some States has. And to top it off some of the biggest and best Ranges on Long Island are actually owned by Nassau County where they encourage citizens to come out and and excercise their 2 nd amendment.

Some people just like to spout off shit that they dont know anything about.
