Re: non resident AZ or FL ccw?
Here are the Cliff Notes:
OC no permit of anykind: On Foot only not in Philly ever. Cannot transport your firearm in a motor vehicle for any reason other than range use, hunting, or to and from FFL. Basically will not work in your situation.
OC/CC with LTCF or reciprocal equivalent: Anywhere in the state you want, your choice, duct tape to your face if you like.
Cannot carry in a PO, or other FED building, courthouse, or school property.
BTW you cannot transport a loaded long arm in a vehicle ever.
There are some other points but that's the basics.FUCK BIDEN

Re: non resident AZ or FL ccw?
A Florida or Arizona (or any state other than NJ for that matter) will NOT help you if you are transporting any kind of "gun" in NJ, unless your transport/carry falls under one of the 4 exceptions. This is the part you need to understand when you wish to carry/transport within NJ.Last edited by Curmudgeon; March 30th, 2011 at 02:07 PM. Reason: add italicized text.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Re: non resident AZ or FL ccw?
Your're joking right?
This is a bureaucracy we're talking about. A NJ bureaucracy to boot.
Yeah I think there will be a fee involved.
I have no idea what a NJ cop shop would charge. I paid $10
Make sure you call around first to be sure they will perform the printing for you and set up an appointment.FUCK BIDEN
