I was looking into one of these a while back because they are designed similar to a Glock but heard too much negative about the performance. I recently looked at one and thought the trigger was a joke. It looked cheaply made, like it belonged on a toy gun.
In the same area was the Kahr P380 and let me tell you, that's a 380 worth looking into. I'm about 99% positive I'll be getting one of those as soon as I can get the money.

i've read an enormous amount of negative posts regarding the diamondback so for that reason alone i would never buy one. allegedly DB has improved on the design and fixed the issues with the DB380 but from what i've read people are still experiencing problems. when i was in the market for for a pocket 380 i loved the feel of the DB380 in my hand and almost bought one but didn't have the money at the time. i'm glad i was broke back then since i've found out that so many people have had issues with the DB380. while DB might have fixed the issues, which were many, why take a chance when you can buy a keltec, ruger, kahr, or SW bodyguard that have proven reliable.
