You're looking at this all wrong. You need to spend MORE time there. After all, I'll bet Dicks gets more monetary support from you than from them. It is "we" who should be chasing them away.

I think your post illustrates what amounts to a very big issue we face while supporting the 2A, but isn't talked about often enough. Rep to you for posting this.

Sounds like you need to post some Pro 2A quotes and show your support for what the 2A REALLY means on your FB profile, then it will be NO SURPRISE to your so-called "friends" as to what your views really are. Any of my 'friends'(and I use that term loosely) know EXACTLY where I stand on the state of affairs in the US, the world and my position on the BORs. And if any of them are offended, too bad, I don't need to be associated w/ them.

I went on Facebook this morning and they both deleted me from their Friends list....

And I heard today in study hall that they were going to try to get student council to have your name removed from the ballot for prom king.

This is why I only have 5 friends on FB. The remaining 26 people who are on my "friends" list are my wife's relatives and are only on there to exchange family event information or out of familial obligation.

Sorry you had a falling out w/ some old buds. The one thing I learned a long time ago, whoever said "you can't ever go back," was right.

ETA: Now that I think about it a bit more, my only FB status update for the week came today with the post "Nothing says 'Quality Time' like taking [elder daughter] to a gunshow this afternoon." If anyone on my list of friends disapproves, they at least know enough not to mention it.
