I am sorry for the punctuation as my computer is down and I've been using my Android.

    The events are true.

I have received my ltcf as of Friday the 25th.

The police reason as stated was from a phone call of a commando type person walking the streets with a gun driving a red S.U.V.

I was not carrying nor had any weapons other then my ASP.

otherwise, any stun gun, stun baton, taser or other electronic
or electric weapon or other implement for the infliction of
serious bodily injury which serves no common lawful purpose.
    (d) Exemptions.--The use and possession of blackjacks by the
following persons in the course of their duties are exempt from

The asp witch is just a basic expandable baton was giving to me by a friend of mine who is an officer.

It wasn't on my persons it was in a box of random things in my trunk..since they searched my vehicle without a warrant.

I did ask why I was pointed at with loaded firearms and the answer was we got a call now stay down ( they made me sit on the pavement)

Even the customer I was assisting ( I'm roadside assistance) asked what the hello are you doing. The officers replied go back to your vehicle.

It was crazy and they never gave me a straight answer to why it happened just gave me my stuff and told me to wear jeans and a t shirt tomorrow

What street, block# & nearest intersection? I know the police in philly are out of control, no doubt! Are you going to file a complaint with internal affairs? The BDU thing is just unbelievable, to the point that I may have to go and try it myself!
Aggies Coach Really ??? Take off the tin foil bro.

Because that's SOP for Philly cops. I saw several of them board a crowded subway car with guns drawn, sweep everyone in the car, then arrest some guy who was sitting calmly in his seat, making sure to slam him into the glass and bang his head a couple times while they cuffed him and he didn't resist.

I also saw them beat a homeless guy for throwing some trash on the ground and not picking it up fast enough. He got punched and kicked, and when a homeless woman started yelling at them she got a club to the face.

What happened to Viper is f'd up as all hell, but you guys don't know the half of it. He was treated gently and kindly as far as PPD is concerned.
