I will say, though the guy sounds within his rights, he was giving the Police Officer a hard time..I think he's lucky it was a SGT and not a nervous rookie he was disobeying.. He might have been shot by accident, or as AAA puts it "Dead-right"..

That was bold to challenge them. They should have one thousand people do that with lawyers giving exact advice and do a huge one hundred million dollar laesuit against philadelphia

Given that you signed up just this month, you get a pass for not realizing that this was an encounter of a forum member here, but PhillyVet how could you miss this for so long?

normanvin has linked to the thread on this, but just an update for you guys that haven't read it yet retaliatory charges of Disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment have been filed by the Philadelphia DA's office, after the audio was made available online and after discussion on a civil suit over the matter began here

I'm not sure how I missed it back then.. I came across the audio independantly through youtube..

I've been following it at the other thread since then.
