Gun Engraving
Did you ever get a gun engraved?
I am hoping to pay off the Ruger GP100 that I have on layaway for my wife in time for X-Mas. I was thinking of getting something engraved on it for her. I am not sure what I want engraved, but I wanted to personalize it for her.
Any suggestions for an engraving (saying, name, etc.)?
Is it a bad idea?
Is it costly?
Thank you

Re: Gun Engraving
The only thing to keep in mind is if you ever decide years from now to sell it off and it has "MANDY" engraved on it, that kinda limits your market to sell it as well as it's trade-in value. If it's going to be a family heirloom and passed down for generations then it's not a huge deal, but like getting your name engraved on the hood of your car, gotta sell it to someone with the same name

Re: Gun Engraving
For a firearm that's being gifted to someone specifically, so long as you know she likes that particular gun, it's an excellent idea. I wouldn't hesitate to do it.
Expense depends largely on who does it and how they do it.Any mission, any conditions, any foe at any range.
Twice the mayhem, triple the force.
Ten times the action, total hardcore.
