NFRTR "questionable" in legal proceedings
As many of you know, I have been working on a Law Review Article on the Inaccuracies of the NFRTR. As such, I contacted Fritz Scheuren, VP Statistics NORC, about his 2000 testimony. Specifically, I asked if he would update his findings. He was extremely gracious to do so.
