Re: Rossi Ranch Rifle
I read they delayed release due to quality control issues. Somebody else is making them soon as well. Winchester may be making a version... I think.

Re: Rossi Ranch Rifle
Shooting Gallery this time is a spoof zombie hunt show, with Bane carrying the Rossi. I haven't watched the whole thing yet, but it's on the DVR. I'll catch it tomorrow when I watch the rest of the Outdoor Wednesday shooting lineup.

Never seen the show but I can imagine: Going into the woods with fishing poles with brains bated on the hook? Is the carbine used for "catch and release" issues?

Re: Rossi Ranch Rifle
Buy a real one (Italian made, in .44 Mag), not a cheap Taurus knockoff:

Re: Rossi Ranch Rifle
Henry is advertising a version, too. I owned a Rossi lever rifle in .357 magnum and it was a very good shooting rifle...I'd like another one, but not necessarily the ranch hand-I want something with a stock on it. The Rossi's are based on the old Winchester short cartridge action and are very smooth and reliable.

Re: Rossi Ranch Rifle
I think there is a .44mag flavored Rossi Ranch Hand at Sporting Goods Discounters in Johnstown on SR56/Scalp Ave. I only glanced at it on Saturday while we were in J-town to do some shopping. ...dont recall the price. ..maybe $499.
