FOAC Central Chapter Meeting

Next meeting of the FOAC Central Chapter will be at the Perkins in State College. If you plan on attending please drop a note, this way I can let the manager know how much room to set aside.

The meeting time is Noon until 3PM, date is 2 Apr 11 (Saturday).

Anyone from the Hanover, PA area is more than welcome to hitch a ride with me, just PM me and we'll go over the details.

Meeting Agenda for 2 Apr 11

• Research filing a private criminal complaint with the DA in Philly in regards to their new and illegal loophole law. Our hope is the DA in Philly will reject the petition which automatically sets us up with a chance to petition to the Court of Common Pleas for an opinion from the office of the AG.

• Philly and Mark, we need to see what we can do to help him bring a case/complaint against the city of Philadelphia

• Raffle tickets Central S&W and Main FOAC .50 cal

• Preemption followups for Center County/Central PA, York can be next

• Report on gun shows and Tim's success at setting up there with Eagle Arms

• OC Rally – Philly – be prepared

• Gun Bash – Central: Tim has found a dealer in Cambria County that is interested in setting up a Gun Bash in Jan/Feb or May/Jun of 2012 (yes, they take that long to plan)

• York Rally – is it still on
