First experience at Tanner's a few weeks ago. I learned of the establishment from a number of different forums I visit, including this one. I went in looking for a S&W M&P 15-22 which they had priced very attractively. I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at a gun shop\sports center in my life. Very, very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made me feel as though I had been a customer for years. (Unlike so many other places I've visited that sell firearms).

A+ on everything. Will definitely shop there again. Just wish it wasn't an hour or so drive from the Lehigh Valley!

When I read experiences like this, I often sit and ask myself why is it that the more 'normal' of the experience one has at the LGS is one where the visit to the dentist, or the auto 'stealership' to have an out of warranty service performed on your vehicle seems the more desirable chore to undertake.


Well. . . maybe not quite as bad as that auto service department visit, but you know what I mean.

Tanners still remains a true gem.
