Approved 43 business days later in Philadelphia for my PA LTCF

Well despite the 43 business days and the ignorant North Philly woman working the 'PPD Guns Permit Unit' throwing a dig about "pfft, another young kid wanting to carry a gun for no reason", everything went pretty smooth.

Just my luck, I pick up my LTCF and find out I'm on a 6 day a week, 10 hour day jobsite in New Jersey for the next 3 months anyway...so that LTCF won't be doing much good for 3 months anyway!

Oh not to mention, the good ol' Philly Police Department gives about 3 pages of their own sloppy printed literature that mentions numerous times how "you know how a concealed carry permit" and another few sentences referring to the LTCF as a concealed carry permit.

i had that same thing happen, the lady that takes your pic, had some things to say to me about being young and carrying. whatever, i dont care what she thinks. what i do carry about is them giving adequate and clear knowledge about their permit. is it just for the city? if its good for the pa state, then does it resprocate with states that resprocate with pa?
