Nothing like asking the state for permission to exercise your rights... only to be denied....

I only know of one "commoner" that has a NJ carry permit... He owns a car dealership (not a big one, one of those buy here pay here places) and has large cash deposits.

He can carry only in his county between 8 - 10pm and only while traveling to and from his bank on days his dealership is open.

He had to pay a shit ton of money to an attorney just for 12 hours of legal carry per week.
