PA concealed carry Permit
I have been a resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for the past 6 months, however, i just recently obtained my Pennsylvania drivers license. I plan on obtaining my concealed weapons permit in the next few days but there is one thing i am worried about before i do so. I will be leaving PA in about 7 weeks to move to florida for an internship this summer. The internship runs through mid August and i will be returning to Pittsburgh next fall. When i leave for florida i will no longer be living at the address that is listed on my Pennsylvania drivers license since i will be living at a new address when i return to PA next fall. my main question is..When i leave PA to move to florida for the summer, would my PA concealed weapons permit become void? or is there anything i would need to do once my address changes for my permit to remain legal? Thanks!

Re: PA concealed carry Permit
License to carry firearms is good until expired or revoked.
Only thing that you should do is notify the issuing Sheriff of your new address. The 2A does not GIVE us the right. It tells the gov they can not INFRINGE our right.

If you already have your LTCF you're alright. Just send the sheriff a change of address card when you get your new address. Not required but a good idea.

Wouldn't hurt to get the Florida permit as well... not sure of the residency requirements but you can at least get an out of state permit from Florida.
