Split Rock Show

Great show, great selection didn't know what to get then a guy I knew showed up with a Thompson 1927 A1 with 3 mags and a drum for $1200 of course I had to get it. It was great to see everyone looking at me holding the thing had at least had 5 people ask me how much I wanted for it.

Wow! That was so much nicer than it was two years ago. The selection was amazing. Much better cutlery selection there this time, too.

I came out of it w/ a sight tool and two metal 20 round mags for the AK. Elder daughter bought a few foreign coins for her collection and a couple glow-in-the-dark, plastic skull beads for a necklace (she's an aspiring Goth tween.)

I learned to go on the second day. Compared to last time, today was a leisurely stroll w/ my daughter. Not once did anyone step on her today. The place was damn near cleared out by 1430 hrs. I saw some folks wrapping up before 1500 hrs.

No difference except for the difference in weather.

There is a show this August and again in November.
