Erie Woman Sentenced For Using Baby As Weapon

ERIE, Pa. -- An Erie woman accused of swinging her 4-week-old son at her boyfriend and striking him with the boy has been sentenced to five to 10 years in prison.

Chytoria Graham, 28, was convicted in October of aggravated assault and other charges.

During a sentencing hearing on Wednesday, Graham said she missed her children.

Prosecutors said Graham and her boyfriend got into a fight early on Oct. 8, 2006, after Graham came home from a night of drinking.

They say Graham grabbed her son, Jarron, by his feet and swung him, hitting the boyfriend.

The incident fractured the infant's skull, authorities said. The baby has recovered.

Graham was also placed on probation for two years.

Philadelphia attorney accused of faking accidents for 25 years

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Philadelphia prosecutors are accusing a city attorney of running a 25-year scam to make fake accident claims.

Prosecutors say H. Allen Litt made 300 fake claims worth $2.5 million.

Authorities say Litt paid people to go out and find cracked sidewalks and similar conditions. He is accused of then having people fake accidents and sue for damages.

Litt is to be arrested Tuesday.

He is among a group of five people who are being charged.

Chytoria is a new one. You figure working EMS where i do i would have run across at least one Chytoria.

A quick google search reveals that, indeed, this is the only woman in the world with the name Chytoria. I personally think it sounds like an STD ("it burns when i pee, i think i might have caught Chytoria from that skank at the club last night")
