carrying a loaded gun in a car with a LTC

HI i was wondering I have a ltc a hand gun. Am I aloud to carry my gun loaded in
my car. I live in Del. County and got a booklet in the mail stating that you can transport a hand gun unloaded with a permit.

It's the LEO in Del. Co. that is confused. you can pack your loaded handgun with you in your car as long as you have a LTCF. However, you may not have a loaded long gun in your car. now if you choose to not have your handgun loaded that is ok too.

Your LTCF only covers hanguns and certain NFA arms eg. a SBR
Note: To have NFA arms you must have the correct tax stamp in you possesion.
