Trigger will fit. Hard to say about the grip safety.

    Both will need fitting.

If you've never replaced a trigger before,,,,I would recommend you take it to a qualified gunsmith. If you want to do it yourself, thoroughly read about it first. There is some really bad information on the net, so you have to be very selective. You don"t want to go FA with a 1911 (yes, it has happened).

Jerry Kuhnhausen has written excellent books about the 1911. "The U.S. M1911/A1 Pistols & commercial M1911 type pistols- A Shop Manual" - volume 1 and 2 would be my suggestion.

Oh yea, does your pistol have a Commander-style or bobbed hammer to use with the grip safety?

    Good luck and be careful.

Triggers aren't so bad and not likely to get you into trouble.......hammer and sear on the other hand (along with sear spring tweaking).....dangerous waters for a new guy.

The Kuhnhausen book is excellent and I second the opinion that it's money well spent.
