Anyone dealt with Ruger CS at their NH facility recently?

I just got off the phone with Ruger CS to try and get the bad muzzle crown on my Single six repaired. What a stark difference from when I had to deal with them through their Prescott, AZ facility to get a defective barrel replaced for my LCP. The Prescott people sent me an RMA and a shipping label and that was that. Smooth and easy.

When I told the guy at Ruger in NH the issue, he said, ship it in a plain box with a letter. When I asked about a prepaid label, since it is a mfg defect, he simply said "We don't do that here, Ship it in a plain brown box with a letter, have a nice day." Click. No mention of a RMA number or anything which seemed a little strange.

I have a hard time believing that the same company at their AZ facility has no problem giving a prepaid label so they can fix their shoddy QC, but their NH facility wants me to spend god knows how much shipping back a gun for QC issues. Might as well just say screw it and sell the damn thing....

Anyone dealt with Ruger's NH facility?
