Default G27 IWB and OWB Holster Recommendations

I would appreciate Holster recommendations, IWB and OWB, for my Glock 27.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the info. Checked out their site and just have a couple of questions.

    1. Can you clip it to your pants or do you need a belt?

    2. How is it in the summer? Comfort and concealability?

    Thanks again

you could just clip it to your pant but I don't know why you would want to. You risk pulling your holster out with the gun when you need it. Plus a good gun belt will support the weight of a loaded gun a lot better.

You could clip it to your pants if you wanted to, but you won't have proper support for the rig. In the summer it's very warm, but it does conceal well.
Contrary to popular belief, not everyone likes the SuperTuck. I owned a SuperTuck, and after wearing it for 5 months with my PT709 I thought it was too large, a pain in the ass to put on, and I did NOT find it to be comfortable. (especially when driving or sitting in general) For reference, I'm 5' 11" and 185-190lbs. I tinkered around with adjusting the mounting angle, which made it slightly more comfortable, but it was still a pain in my side. The big strength that the Crossbreed brings to the table is that it's super stable (when using a belt), and the rig never shifts when walking or even running. Unfortunately this strength when moving becomes a weakness once you sit down and the rig can't shift appropriately. I occasionally carry my 1911 in a Desantis Pro-Stealth and find that to be more comfortable than the tiny and lightweight PT709 in the Crossbreed. Go figure.

I will agree with you BionicMan my dad got a supertuck for his Glock 23 and did not like it for the same reason as you. It's great standing up but once you sit down or start moving around it's defiantly a big holster. I myself personally carry a Glock 26 in a Serpa Blackhawk OWB holster and probably will never go back to IWB. The times when I can't conceal the glock because of what I have to wear for work I carry an LCP in the pocket. The only IWB for the Glock 26 I found close to comfortable was a denesis IWB holster with single belt clip. Idk exactly what model it was but you could put an extra clip in the front bungee part.

i carry my g26 in a don hume IWB for CC days and a bianchi carrlok for casual carry days. the don hume can be worn with or without a belt while the bianchi can only be worn with a belt.

i like both and each serves the intended purpose. One day i will most likely spend the money and try the super tuck but for now the ones i have will do fine.

Ebay has been a good source for holsters, try searching when your bored or have time, thats how i got my carrylok for 24.37 shipped and the don hume for around 30.

You really can't go wrong with a Supertuck. I'm wearing a Glock 27 in one right now. Hold on, I'll take some pics.
