    Upper Merion 161-1 looks like they meant to say it's illegal to hunt within the township. Specifically states "in pursuit of game" but it's missing a comma that would clear it up. Without the comma before those words, it could be construed as "no carry".

    As for Lower Merion, what's the date on that? That might be one to notify them about.

    Yea, Upper is worded kinda weird in the title "Carrying and discharge illegal"

    are you allowed to walk in those parks my buddy was threatened the other day with a call to popo for smoking a cigarette in one of those parks..

    I'm glad I read this post. My daughter lives there and has been asking about practicing with one of them cheap plastic BB guns. By the looks of this that is illegal. Since when did a part of Montgomery County fall into NJ law? Unfortunately, her mother isn't very political or I would bring this up to her.
