BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
CHESTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
ORDINANCE NO. 08-01
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE CONDUCT OF TEMPORARY
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF EAST MARLBOROUGH,
INCLUDING DEFINITIONS, NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS, REQUIREMENTS FOR
CONTROL OF TRAFFIC AND PARKING, AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
PREVENTION OF NUISANCE CONDITIONS UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF THE
AUTHORITY CONTAINED IN THE SECOND CLASS TOWNSHIP CODE, 53 P.S. 65101, ET
SEQ, THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF EAST MARLBOROUGH TOWNSHIP, CHESTER
COUNTY, DOES HEREBY ENACT AND ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 2 #8 The carrying of any loaded firearm by any individual attending a
Temporary Outdoor Activity, with the exception of the Pennsylvania
State Police, the East Marlborough Township Police or personnel of a
similar law enforcement agency approved by the East Marlborough

I wish them luck in enforcing this.
To add to it, Section 5 indicates that the sponsor is responsible for ensuring, among other "nuisances," that no firearms are brought to the event:
The Sponsor of a Temporary Outdoor Activity shall assure that no Nuisance Conditions shall occur as a result of such an Activity. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sponsor shall... (iv) assure that no loaded firearms are brought onto the property during a Temporary Outdoor Activity...

I'll make some calls concerning this, see what I can do. I may be able to make their next meeting, but I'm not 100% sure on that just yet.
