I have a Kimberly ultra carry that has some pitting looking to get that finished. I also have a flock 26 which I would like the grip mod done. Does anyone in the area do this. Iive in the scranton area.

Re: kimber refinished and glock grip mod
As for refinishing the gun, I would check out Brownells and Midway. They both offer DIY refinishing products. I hear a lot of good things about Brownells Aluma-Hyde.
As for your glock grip mods, check online and see if you can find some videos related to the mod's you want to do. I recently took the plunge and installed a beavertail on my 1911. I was scared as hell to do it because I had to remove a good bit of metal from the frame and the hammer. But, once I was done, I was really happy that I went for it."Life does not stop and start at your convenience."

Re: kimber refinished and glock grip mod
I sent my Kimber Pro Carry TEL/RL II to Amelon Coatings LLC down in VA to be cerakoted (I had the safety replaced and new grips added when it came back, hence the difference, FYI) last summer. Made a HUGE difference in MY gun's appearance!
BEFORE (with the finish - as I received it from the previous owner - rattle-canned on )
AFTER (Bow chicka bow-bow )
To get it done RIGHT, Amelon is WORTH it!
