    Probably means she or another officer liked them and are now in their new homes and returning them would cause a substantial emotional loss to her or her officers who have them.

    i would suggest getting a lawyer involved that knows the laws, i had to when the chief tried that with me. it may take time, and those guns are gonna be rust buckets when you get them back, hopefully they wont pull the "It was sent for ballistic printing" crap the day before the hearing like he did with mine. taking an additional 6 months to get back once the judge ordered it returned. When they already had it for four months. FYI it was sold the day after it was returned as i did not get the rounds back so god knows what was floating around that could bite me in the ass later on a gun i never fired.
