Re: Arrested by the Philadelphia Police for Open Carry
I just got a chance to listen to the entire audio clip , and WOW ! Other than the obvious , my wife pointed out that after 20 some minutes of them having your ID , and LTCF and trying to find something on you , they come to you , and ask if you are sure your last name is ****** like the sandwich !
You have had that name for 24 years , are you sure that is really what it is ? Are you kidding me ?
Maybe they thought they had Bin Laden ?
KurtWill I really care if LE later catch the guy who killed me ?

Re: Arrested by the Philadelphia Police for Open Carry
Actually, that was me asking about the officer who was all full of anger and spent the majority of his speaking time cursing at me. I asked the name of that officer, another officer said Rubin, and I asked, "Rubin, like the sandwich?"
Keep in mind that these guys didn't even get my LTCF and DL until AFTER they took me back out of the paddywagon! I had them in my vest pocket for ease of access, and even indicated to the Sergeant where they were during the first few minutes of this encounter - but when they put their knees in my back and cuffed me, subsequently stripping me of my wallet, gun, magazine, voice recorder, etc., they failed to get the DL and LTCF! I realized this when I was sitting in the back of the wagon and looked down in my pocket.Junior
