If Viper was walking down the street OC'ing as the original post suggests and there are not any details we don't know to the contrary, he will eventually get his stuff back, not be in any danger of a charge or conviction. It may very well cost him money to defend himself and regain his property. It _will_ cost him money to conduct a legal action against the PPD to stop this from happening to people in the future.
He's already in possession of all of his property.

Damn Viper, I have read and listened to all your run ins with the PPD.

Glad to hear you're ok and have all your property within your possession....Like mentioned above it seems you're putting your life at risk OC in Philly weather its legal or not and maybe thats something you should consider especially with all your personal experiences with the PPD..

Next time you may not be so lucky :/

Hope all goes well keep us posted, looking forward to hearing the audio of the incident

I know you have your personal pref. of OC and its how you feel most comfortable, but maybe you could also train to CC and become use to that in situations and OC when you please outside the city limits and CC in Philly being comfortable with both

Damn Viper, glad to hear you're ok, and that your shit wasn't stolen this time. These thugs in the Philly PD need to be put in their place. Good luck with the fight brother.

With your track record with the PPD, I'd assume that if you wanted to you could get something done.

That's just me armchair quarter backing though, I couldn't begin to imagine the headache it would be.

I hear what you're saying, man, but this stands out to me.

To me, all I see is, "You're putting your life at risk by going to a place you have every right to be and doing something you have every right to do."

Running away from the problem is not the answer - I'd rather put effort in to fix it.

I commend you and I for one feel the same way, but its you against a corrupt PPD and legal system so I do wish you the best of luck and you should definitely get all those recordings into the hands of a good lawyer and get a case together of all your incidents with the PPD

We know you have every right to OC in Philly and have every right to be there....

But its going to take one rookie, one slip of the finger on the trigger, anything which could be going through that cops head at the time, etc... next time and we might not be hearing about your next run in with the PPD thats all im saying man we are hear to not only support you but look out for you

Keep us posted on whats going on...

"ViperGTS19801, what is best in life?" "To crush your enemies -- See them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women!"

You are Arminius. Let the Philly PD be Varus and his doomed legions.
