Re: Arrested by the Philadelphia Police for Open Carry
Is Dom G going to open it up for calls and is anyone going to call to support Mark? I am sitting in work right now wishing that I could hear what is going on.

Re: Arrested by the Philadelphia Police for Open Carry
I love all the anti-gun gun owners.
If Mark hadn't done what he did on 2/13, how would we get the PPD's actions corrected? If we tried to sue (without being harmed), wouldn't we lack standing?

Re: Arrested by the Philadelphia Police for Open Carry
Some suggested talking points:
The main difference between Mark Fiorino and Rosa Parks is that it was illegal for Rosa Parks to refuse to give up her bus seat to a white man, but open carry is legal in Pennsylvania.
When citizens blame a person who asserts his rights because they fear the unlawful reactions from the government, we have to educate the citizens and reform the government.
When an elderly person can't drive a car safely any more, we take away his license. If we have to fear that police will start shooting wildly and hit innocent bystanders, then that's a sign that we need to take the guns away from the police. We shouldn't have to walk on eggshells so that we don't get the cops upset and cause them to scream and act badly; the cops are paid to defuse problems, not cause them. A cop who acts like a 5 year old who missed his Ritalin dose should not be a cop.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

No, they'd be just as bad without guns, probably worse. They need to go to make room for those who have a respect for the law and the people they are sworn to serve.
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say or do can and will be held against you in the court of law."
They left out the part about how everything you or the police say or do WILL NOT be allowed to help you in court.
