    This shit makes me sick.

I hope for your sake and ours as fellow gun owners/carriers that your audio file survives and actually proves your innocence. Not to doubt you, but without knowing any other details about the entire event and what may have led up to it (which is fine.. take your time and be careful legally), we can only hope that you were in fact 100% innocent and that you were arrested simply for OC, the same as another person might be arrested simply for wearing a red shirt. The entire law enforcement community of Philadelphia needs a giant bitch slap from the legal system (and we can only hope that it's a serious one, not a slap on the wrist.)

    Good luck.

Yeah, cause the Philly police seem like a great bunch of fellows and would never arrest/harass/violate anyone for no good reason.

If I said unfuckingbelieveable I'd be lying. It will be interesting to see what your contact at IA will make of this.

As you well know, the intimate details of this are for another place and time, for now.

Good luck. I fear we are far from seeing the end of this. The corruption of the Philly PD is legendary and has been so for decades.

It's absolutely sickening that this continues to happen, and that the higher ups in the department approve of this behavior. Best of luck dude, beat the shit out of them in court.

The rule I tried to live by when I lived in the area, and will continue to live by when I get back is DON'T GO TO PHILADELPHIA EVER FOR ANY REASON. Fortunately, I didn't have much trouble keeping this. Others might not find it so easy.

    Maybe you should ask Computer_Steve.

Or maybe it has something to do with the town.

It will be months till you see your gun, your ammo will be mysteriously destroyed and enough is enough.

Sooner or later some bright lawyer will give a well deserved slap-down to these Philly goon-squads who believe officer safety trumps the Constitution of this nation and state they forget they swore to protect and defend.

    This is just getting sickening.

I wish you well. It sounds like they are out to get you, and it also sounds like you are in the process of taking down the entire department on your own. Pointing guns for something like this is inexcusable, but it sounds like a regular day in the life of a power hungry city cop who wants to show you who the boss is.

Just for the record, anyone who cares to look will see that I am very much pro police on these boards, but this kind of recklessness is unwarranted, and it deserves severe punishment, to the tune of jail time for the officer involved. Unfortunately, that is not likely to happen.
