Re: Arrested by the Philadelphia Police for Open Carry
Not having their stories line up in their initial reports isn't surprising, but if they've had this long, AND the recording and they still can't get their stories straight, that's just a whole new level of pathetic. You'd really think that after all this time and practice they'd be better at being shady.

Re: Arrested by the Philadelphia Police for Open Carry
Does the version offered by the PPD have the support of any audio or video recordings?
Or just the sworn statements of Philly finest grade school dropouts?

Re: Arrested by the Philadelphia Police for Open Carry
I see where you're going here, but (God forbid) it might turn out to be irrelevant.
We all know what happened due to that recording, and of course the PPD officers don't have any recordings of their own to corroborate their story. However, whether or not Viper's recording it's admissible in court is a whole other thing. I'd wager a bet the PPD's lawyers first course of action will be to attempt to render inadmissible the recording he made."Political Correctness is just tyranny with manners"

Re: Arrested by the Philadelphia Police for Open Carry
The thing I can't wait for is when the cop that pulled his gun out on mark testifies and the evidence comes out SHOWING he pulled his gun out first. That's going to hurt like a bitch
