Now with this? On what charges. For what reason? Why is it, that no one can find his name listed? Here is my fear. We are going to read in the paper, in a few days, that Mark was found dead, with a pocket full of crack, and a note saying how much he hated cops who died in the line of fire.

Haven't we heard bad things about the Montco sheriff? Could they be in collusion with the Philly PD and revoke because of it?

That would probably be bad things about the late Sheriff Durante, who passed away in early 2010. The office is since run by the first deputy Ricci and the Montco Dems don't like the new nominee Behr.

The gentleman who helped facilitate an attorney said that they were able to ascertain that the charges are likely no more than a misdemeanor but there is still no info on what exactly those charges are.

Sometimes I think despite what we all enjoy reading, Viper should stop sharing so much info. especially if it might hurt his case.

Far as Behr.. she visited the club a couple weeks ago looking for support.. She was given a copy of the OC pamphlet from here.. She was very vague on answers when questioned about the sheriff office not signing NFA's and the issues with carrying in the parks.
