Does every county really charge a different fee for a LTCF? I paid $25 for my plastic one at the court house in downtown pittsburgh.... I didn't even know they still issued paper ones....
I thought the LTCF is a recognized state-wide standard... how could a county (local gov't) charge $46 for the same thing that another county charges $25 for? That's like paying a DMV $20 for a driver's test in one county and $50 the next county over ... all for the same dang drivers license.. doesn't make much sense to me.
