DTI-15 or Stag-15 model 1

i want to buy an ar-15 from my local gunshop and i was wondering which ar-15 is better for the money.

Delton DTI-15 $756
Stag Arms Stag-15 model 1 $820

Stag has a life time warranty on the barrel. I had a stag and loved it. Del-Tons are ok, but cheap. The one I saw used was very picky about ammo, but that was just one.

It is not my $60, but I would go with the Stag, all other things being equal.

OP, are you 100% limited to the LGS? You can get a superior gun for the same or even less.

^^^^What he said. $200 more and your looking at long arms with a proven record and better resale value/ customer support.

Are you getting an $300 mail in rebate on the delton? Because if not your being sold an inferior rifle for a good chunk of change lol as others have stated. Try a different shop and get a good rifle for another $200.
If I had to pick between those two I would get the stag.
