what G27_Gen4 follower???

As I was trying to replace the floorplates on my new G27 magazines, my hand slipped and the spring, follower & the piece w/ the dipple went flying. I found everything but the follower. my question is, what follower do i replace it with? online, I see there are 2 types.

1) Glock Magazine Follower - #5 .40 With Flat Inside Guide
SKU: GLSP01028-5
-or-
2) Glock Magazine Follower - #8 .40
SKU: GLSP01028-8

can someone tell me the CORRECT part to order?

The GLSP01028-8 is not for magazines that had a #5 or earlier follower. If that magazine came with the pistol and you have the other, look on the follower to see what number is on it and order accordingly. Using the wrong follower in a magazine may cause feeding problems.

Also, the SP 1028-8 follower has been discontinued. The new part is SP 1028-9. This is for magazines that were factory-supplied with "6", "7", "8" or "9" followers.
