sbr air rifle legal?

Mods if this needs to be moved to another forum please do. I was wondering if one wanted to hack a barrel down on a cheap pump BB gun and make it an "sbr" would it be legal or is it a no no that's not worth the jail time?

Legal. If not, there'd be 90million folks in jail over airsoft guns; we have them in all sizes and barrel lengths and some with power approaching 500FPS nowadays. Not bad for a round resin BB.

That said, the Bassturds, Anuslickers, Transvestites, and Freaks do take issues with airsoft and pellet gun silencers that could readily be moved over to a real firearm.

NFA laws only apply to firearms. Otherwise Crosman Backpackers, Drozd automatic BB guns, and lots of airsoft guns would also be illegal.

Ok I know its seriously pointless to do this but saw a cheap daisy pump at wally world for I think 25 bucks might actually be a crossman pump I don't remember too much about it but I thought it cut down could be a neat little backyard soda can shooter for shits and giggles. As long as legal
