Best Transfer spot near Allentown pa?

Looking for the best (cheapest) pistol transfer location near allentown pa. If places are similar in price let me know which shop has better merchandise, service, attitude, etc... Thanks

The cheapest pistol transfer near Allentown, I would say, would be AF Boyer's Hardware in Slatington. The last time I was there, he charged $28 with the instant check. Service is okay, stocks a lot of used guns, new stuff is available too, bulk ammunition, and is a full time hardware store. He charges a 2% fee for credit cards. He has regular business hours and is closed Wednesday and Sunday.


Behind the Lehigh Valley Mall, which just off of RT 22, is the Army & Navy Store, on Grape Street. They charge $30 with the instant check for a transfer. Staff is hit or miss. Personally, I would never buy anything from them, but they are okay for a transfer. Regular business hours and open 7 days a week.

The Handgunner in Topton PA, I think its $15 or less for a transfer... thats the cheapest near Allentown.
