Need LTCF info for pa residents out of state.

I am asking for help to getting my wife a LTCF. We are both currently in the military, PA residents living in Louisiana. I was wondering about the possiblity of getting her a LTCF while we are located down there (I am currently in Afghanistan). She is a Reading, PA resident. She never worried about concealing since we OC legally in LA but now she is too pregnant to wear a belt and I am looking at getting her a CCW permit in LA but I would rather that she didnt have to fire a pistol while 4 months along (she will if she has to). Thanks for any insight you may bestow on me.

Best course of action would be to call the Berks County Sheriff's office and ask for the Firearms Section: 610-478-6240 (some debate as to whether it's extension 3265 or 3207).

If you're both on active duty out of the state, you may be able to submit it with copies of your drivers licenses (assuming she has a drivers license with a Reading address on it) and military orders.
