What's your favorite primary/backup combo?

So what's your favorite primary carry weapon and backup combination?

I like a Glock 21 with a Glock 30, and I also like a 4" 1911 with a snub .38.

If I can't avoid trouble to begin with, outrun it, or talk my way out of it; then my primary carry weapon IS my backup piece.

I dont really carry a back up gun, instead i carry a extra magazine for my primary gun, one gun is heavy enough, i know , i know Clint Smith said 3 Guns is 3 , 2 guns is 1 and 1 gun is 0 , however i do carry a knife though.

Lately I've gotten into the habit of ALWAYS carrying a Kel Tec P32. And I mean ALWAYS. Usually complimented by a Glock of some sort.

Primary gun is my Kimber SIS custom with two extra mags. My back-up is my wife. She carries an M&Pc 9mm with two extra mags. Some times I am her back-up.

Read the April, 2011 edition of Guns & weapons for law enforcement. Read the story by Massad Ayoob "life saving back up guns". I picked mine up at wal mart for $5.99. While I do carry a back up gun this story enforces that reason!
