Re: Bucks County Coyotes
someone posted a video of a coyote on this site somewhere. The yote repeatedly tries to heel the man with the video while he taped.Don't know where it was taken but it was clear it was no real threat by itself,if it had a partner or two.........

Re: Bucks County Coyotes
When I saw this thread I thought that the "Bucks County Coyotes" was the name of a new firearms organization. I'm not surprised to see that they have been more aggressive in their migration. Good to see some population control going on - keep up the good work.

Re: Bucks County Coyotes
Well I finally saw one. But it was dead on the side of the road on 313 between Dublin and Doylestown. A while back, 6 weeks or so I also found what may have been scat in the woods here by me. After learning of their presense I did some research into signs and habits of coyotes. The scat was placed and shaped like those I saw pictures of, though I wouldn't place a bet on the origins of the scat. But hey a guy can hope, right? I've lived near these woods for 18 years now and have never seen or heard of one so I'm hoping I one day get a look at one.
It's kind of funny, when I have told people the things are here some of them seem almost paniced about it. Yet no one has sighted one, particularly me who knows the woods better than anyone else I've met and there are zero reports of attacks on either people or pets. It appears some people are really stupid, scared of something shown to be of no threat. When the SHTF......be the fan.

Re: Bucks County Coyotes
I spotted one in Montco a few weeks ago near Knapp Rd in Montgomery township while I was walking my dog at night. Looked like it had a bird or rabbit in its mouth as it scurried towards the trees.

Re: Bucks County Coyotes
I must say, I wouldn't be surprised in there are some. PA has a LOT of game of all sizes. I'd live here if I were a coyote.
P.S. Just realized it's an old thread.
