Can anyone please tell me what make of handgun these grips fit and also the value?
The markings on the reverse appear to be RP13.
    Thank you for your time.

I'm pretty sure it's a Colt grip by where the indexing pin is located, going by the shape, without any measurments, I'd say "I" frame D/A Colt Army or Police models and Python.

S&W J frames have the pin in the center bottom of the grip, not the rear.

I agree. Colt grips, though it's a tossup which model they'll fit.

What I'd say they are -- I Frame Colt.

Mfr looks like Sile, long out of business.

Duh...it didn't register with me. I feel the retardation slowly creeping in.
