To ALL Philadelphia Gun Owners
I will be drafting a letter to our new Governor and would like some help in doing so. I am looking for ideas on what to include in said letter pertaining to the City of Philadelphia's blatent and, in most cases illegal, gun laws. I am looking for things such as ridiculous laws that they have in place, laws they are thinking of enacting, and so forth. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: To ALL Philadelphia Gun Owners
How about something to the effect of giving it to New Jersey?
I'll vote for Romney when he promises not to run in 2016.

Re: To ALL Philadelphia Gun Owners
Governor has no responsibility in this matter, it is up to the legislature. As such, the legislature would be addressing a matter that is already covered under statute, namely preemption. If and when Phila. passes these ill conceived proposed bills, then it would be the responsibility of the attorney general to take action against the city. If the A.G. does nothing, ligitation is by individuals who reside in the city or a firearm owners organization can challenge such ordinances passed by the counsel and mayor. If the letter of law means anything, the platiff(s) would easily prevail against the city.
Your idea sounds great, but the governor, in a very diplomatic way, would advise you of the same.
