Posting videos...

I found an interesting video on the internet today that I would like to share with all of you but I am having trouble posting the video on this site. Does anybody have any tips on this procedure for me.

I started the process of uploading the video to photobucket yesterday and it was taking forever so I had to cancel the job. The video about a minute and a half long. I may try it again later. Any other suggestions. This was an interesting video on Maryland carry laws. It was some important guy in the state of MD that applied to get a CC permit and video taped the process and told them that he will be taking it to the supreme court. This guy was also a lawyer.

How do you embed videos? I know how to include a basic link, like to You Tube, but how do you embed like I saw some people post here?
