    Default Tactical Magnifiers

Looking at Tactical Magnifiers for my AR, can choose between a 3x, 5x, or 7x,
It will be from the same MFG as the sight itself so there won't be any compatibility issues with them lining up

I'm leaning towards the 3x... opinions

Aimpoint & EOTech only make 3x magnifiers- HOPEFULLY the same as your optic. Magnifiers are a compromise measure to start with - I wouldn't trust the glass quality, NOR the durablity, of anything other than an Aimpoint of EOTech, for MY money.

The company that makes the sight makes all three, it's not a clone of either Eotech or Aimpoint, wouldn't waste money that way

I have a 4x16x50 30mm tube rifle scope ( I use this on my AR now, without any problems) by them already and am very pleased with the quality of it. That's why I'm considering them to begin with. A US company, so it's made here, lifetime guarentee. It's not low end crap like NcStar, Barsaka, UTG Leapers, or chinese clones.

i got one from ebay, 60.00 5x to go with my eotech. it works. the only thing was i broke out the dremel to shave some material off so my flip up sight would fit under it. to my surprise, it was aluminum .
they also had the flip out mount and scope for 160.00

If this is for the range then it's fine, but if you needed it for combat, get the real thing.

    TD,

You know my rig and I think you will grow to love it. To bad you got money in your setup as is

I get the beni's of a scope with up to 7x (Used normally @ 4x) and the quick targeting of a red dot with next to zero adjustment or movement on my part. The viper scope is a freaking steal at that price.

    Scope:

    Mount

    Red Dot Mount

The total package from just SWFA comes out to $509.80 + Shipping. This is my setup for my 3 gun upper.

Your rig ain't mine... LOL I know yours works for you and what you play, but I ain't never gonna go play that three gun shiite you do... that's for kids and wanna be marines.

You also know I don't mind spending the change for what I need that works.... but I'll admit the Vector scope is sweet for the price. Not what I'm looking for though
